EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE ESTATE

The Estate is rented exclusively as one private estate for up to 14 guests.

Muricciaglia is a historic country estate set within the natural landscape of the Chianti hills, with stone paths and several stairs, creating various elevation levels that are part of its authentic rural character. 

The estate is not fully fenced and local wildlife may occasionally be encountered. For these reasons, the property is better suited for adults and families with older children who should nevertheless be supervised at all times given the risk of falls and other incidents. While younger children are welcome, the property could pose inherent challenges for them given the uneven terrain and stairs, and we know from experience that Muricciaglia is not ideal for them.

We are happy to welcome one small dog per reservation (up to approximately 18 kg/38 lbs). 

For its safety and out of respect for the surrounding wildlife, dogs should remain on leash and supervised during their stay. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate additional pets due to allergy considerations .

DURING THEIR STAY, OUR GUESTS ENJOY THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE ENTIRE PROPERTY.

 THE VILLA AND GUEST HOUSES CANNOT BE RENTED SEPARATELY.

The accommodations are comprised of one main villa and two independent guests houses, allowing families and groups of friends to stay together while enjoying their own space, comfort and privacy.

 The villa an each guest house offer air conditioning, mosquito screens, private laundry facilities and dedicated parking.
